This practice put me right to sleep! After a long day of being on my feet, I really needed to calm my mind and body before going to sleep, and this practice did just that! 💤

Comforting sensations
I learned from this practice and if I am struggling to fall asleep, it helps to scan the different parts of the body where are places where my body Feels comfortable. I believe this practice will help me, because I frequently wake up in the middle of the night with bodyaches. I have a tendency to dwell on these painful sensations. However, I I am hopeful the focusing on the comfortable sensations in my body will take my mind off the pain and help me to sleep better. On another note I completely agree with previous comments made that Wendy Smith‘s voice it’s very soothing. I also found the sound and imagery of a campfire and being in nature to be a calming influence on me. I am grateful to the life coach in this meditation, and to all the other parties involved in putting this track together. Thank you for teaching me the value of focusing on areas where my body feels sensations of comfort rather than pain . I will certainly put this advice to good use when I wake up at night , following a disturbance in my sleep. I also appreciate the opportunity to listen to the wonderful sounds present in this track. Lastly, I am grateful for the community on this app for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone who uses this app is OK, happy, and well. May you sleep comfortably.
