First time
This was relaxing but I felt I had a hard time following the instructions correctly with moving the arms and breathing in and out at the right times. Felt distracted at times. I feel I will improve with this the more practice I do with mindfulness/meditation.

This is new!
With all of the different meditations I've been exploring, this is the first to incorporate arm and hand movement. It almost reminds me of tai chi. Quite a nice way to start the day.
