Sleeping peacefully
I learned that not worrying about falling asleep exactly when I want to is good. Than I will fall asleep peacefully without a tear of crying in sight.

I shut myself up!
In a way. I was able to just dim my thoughts, and the gentle reinforcing guided me. For some reason, just before the finale drop into sleep.. I wake up! Itās weird, and only started the last few days.
