I love this meditation/breathing exercise. My body relaxed and my mind was so focused on the breathing it didn’t wander at all.

Very relaxing. Just what I needed this morning. I had awakened to thoughts of intentions not carried out the day before. Felt somewhat guilty and frustrated @ my inability to follow through.
