Depression sucks and it can make you feel heavy. It’s easy to forget how fabulous we have been getting through each day. You are fabulous just as you are.

I have depressive feelings and feel heavy
Focusing on breathing can help me to feel lighter.
Fighting the feelings does not help.
I have to feel them and let them be. Acknowledge them and hug them. Squeeze them.
