Meditation Teacher & Former Monk
In the beginner's mind, there are many possibilities. In the expert's mind, there are only few. In this meditation, you will learn to take every moment as opportunity to wake up, learn and learn. Sit back and enjoy this simple guided meditation.

Nice instruction
Nice instruction in posture and breath. “As long as you are breathing there is more right with you than wrong with you.” I like this channel.

Breathing...
At the top of all ‘To Do’ lists, Unwritten as #1. Part of all our being, The Secret of the One. Can do it without thinking, Can do it half asleep, Can do it very shallow, But best when done real deep. Bringer of our New Life, Dismisser of the old. Detrimental if it’s missed, Or so I have been told! Always did like Breathing, It makes me want to smile! Have learned a lot with Aura, Hope to practice a good long while !! ❤️😎🍀

Mindful Breathing
I had to try this meditation after I had read positive experiences with it and it certainly did not disappoint. This meditation focuses on mindful breathing. With every in breath, the miracle of life begins and with every out breath, a celebration of life continues. Mindful breathing anchors us to the present moment. It calms our mind and relaxes the body. Therefore, mindful breathing can be used as a tool every time your mind begins to wonder or your day has become too much to bear. It is comforting to know that we can always return back to the breath. And, always remember, as the narrator says, as long as you are breathing, there is more right with you than wrong with you, no matter what is wrong with you. Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️

Good way to start the AM routine
Calming the mind before a busy day. I enjoyed this meditation. Saving it to favorites. Still finding it difficult to be present, but I feel more calm and at ease than I did before session.

To observe moments as they are
I learned that we create stories in our head. Good ones, bad ones, neutral ones. We take information and use the past to predict what might happen. Then, we get anxious... this meditation has allowed me to come back to the moment. See it as it is. As a bonus, I’m happy to learn how to sit with good posture; it made meditating more comfortable :)
