Happy Halloween 10-31-17
I learned to be patient and to trust. And yet, tomorrow is another day (talking about yesterday) I believe in quink-a-dinks. I got a letter that upset me yesterday; however, I just called about it today and everything will be okay and I come on Aura and it gives me this meditation to listen to. I am in the military and I had some medical appts coming up and this morning my brother-n-law came through. So, take a deep breathe, relax, hold on and enjoy. Good day, Aura!

It's important to remember and reflect on memories from your regular day. To think about all the nice happy moments and how they made me feel when they were happening and how I am appreciative for that time.

I learned that not everyday has to have a major event that brings happiness into our lives or that great things have to happen fpr us to be happy. Small or even daily life events are just enough to make us smile. The trick is to acknowledge them.

I tend to miss the little positives that happen. Big positives are not frequent, so if I am to become a happier person, it’s the little things that will get me there.

I tend to pick apart at the little negative things in life. I never sit down and smell the roses or realize the smallest things in life that bring me joy. I’m going to practice this more often. When I’m upset or sad, remember something like finally getting my handstand at yoga tonight, that truly make life so great.
