Grief comes in many different forms and for many different reasons. It is often misunderstood and can be a tough emotion to cope with. Grief can be caused by the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, or any other type of personal tragedy. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, as everyone experiences grief in their own unique way. Having said this, there are always five stages of grief; Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. It is normal to go through all of these stages at different times and for different periods of time. Grieving can be very long, and there is no set time frame for how long it should take. Keeping your grief inside & refusing to deal with it can cause illness over time.
