Stillnesss
This morning I woke up with my mind going in many different directions trying to figure out how to get the most out of my time before going into work today. Sitting outside, inhaling the smells of Summer, I begin to focus on my breath while listening to the soothing nature sounds. Within a few minutes, my mind and body begin to relax as I continue to connect with the magical energy of nature. I am fully present and grounded in this moment.
