The purpose of this breathwork is to use our breath coupled with affirmations to connect to spirit. Conscious breathing (being aware that you are inhaling and exhaling) allows us to connect without interference in oneness with our spirit or higher self. We can use the breath to anchor in any intention, such as connected to spirit. Continue breathing during the entire session even if you hear affirmations such as “I am a spiritual being."
