The objective of concentration meditation is to develop a single-minded attention directed at some object: an image, a breath, a candle flame, or a word or phrase. Continually returning one's attention to this object develops one's ability to remain calm, focused, and grounded.

Focusing on breathing.
I learned that I really enjoy the variety of meditations on Aura. ๐Ÿ˜Š I learned how nice it is to just be present on focus my breath moving in and out of my body. I also learned that itโ€™s helpful for me to use my inner voice and coax my attention back to my breath and even encourage myself and give appreciation for my efforts (rather than just having those intentions). ๐Ÿ˜Š

This was a great way to start my day!
Focusing on my breath allows for a few blissful moments to step away from the stressors of my life and remember that I am in control.

Meditation
Today was rough. This meditation helped me to ground myself and find my bearings. It was much needed. Breathing is an anchor point.

Focusing on the breath
If you are concentrating fully on your breath time passes like one second.

How much we carry
It's crazy how many things we can carry in our minds thinking that we must control everything and do our best in all times. It's ok if we fail, it's ok if we don't know everything. The world will still be there and life will go on. Every time I stop to take a deep breath and stop thinking about everything or trying to have all under control the world is still there and everything is fine. It's all gonna be ok.

Breath
I learned that breath is a beautiful and powerful thing, often underestimated. It has the power to center and focus oneself. We often ignore our breathing as it is an unconscious effort, but the power found within concentrating your attention on the breath is a strength like no other. A very useful tool in life.

Something that I actually already knew but keep forgetting.
The power and importance of my breath. The fact that I mustn't forget my inner power in peace. The fact that I am MY center and that we all have an inner "temple" that's always available. This free gift I keep forgetting or maybe that I(ego) keep('s)denying. "Familiarity breeds contempt".

Third Meditation
Concentration on ones breath can serve as an anchor point to relax and recover... and in a sense come back to a feeling of stability in the day.
