It’s okay to wander
Sometimes life is going to distract you and thoughts will cause you to lose focus. But it’s okay, some days are harder than others but as long as you’re willing to focus, those thoughts that make you wander can be used to help the growth in the meditation process.

Change your relationship with your thoughts.
This is something that I had totally forgotten about and will definitely reimplement in my life. Changing how we relate to our thoughts that will come will aide us in dealing with them more effectively.

Move on
I learned that there’s no reason to judge, we need to let things follow it’s own path and flow with it, it’s not good being like that, life it’s more beautiful if you just live your life and let others live

I learned that I am capable of letting go of some judgement and I am aware of the coming and going of my thoughts.

Flow
Whenever I think of clouds I imagine the shapes in them. Faces, animals, mythical beasts and frozen scenes. I see them dark and heavy with rain or light and fluffy and imagine cherubs with bows and heart shaped tipped arrows diving in and out of them. Clouds can obscure the sun or bring much needed rain. Depending on your perspective they are a blessing or at the very least an inconvenience. A cloudy sky provides shade on a hot day. A cloudy mind may be necessary to appreciate when once they are gone and your mind is clear again.

Change you relationship with your thoughts. Change your relationship with your own self. Y
Cloudy or clear? Your thoughts project your relationship with yourself and the world around you. You can choose to be positive or negative. You can choose to be hopeful or hopeless. In any situation, stop and take a deep breath and choose your reaction. Too quick to judge, or slow to consider options.

Cloudy mind
Picturing my thought floating by like clouds, at varying speeds is a great analogy. I could also picture the days when have trouble letting go of a thought as classic gray cloud that hangs over my head. Next time it happens I’ll try to remember this practice and nudge the cloud to get it unstuck so it can continue to drift along. Namaste
