Chest, Stomach and Internal Organs
The first thing I appreciate about this session is that the Breathing is well paced. Often I feel rushed and coached to breathe too fast and too deeply. As I am returning to Meditation, and also have Asthma, deep breathing can also be a trigger for me. I also really enjoy the combination of Meditation plus a reike like use of Hand/Touch Healing over the organs, ending the session with a wonderful Affirmation!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ•‰

I should not forget to take care of my body especially when I do a lot of workout. Taking care of my chest, stomach and reproductive organs enables me to no think about something else while I'm doing sport.

Itโ€™s good to give recognition and focus to our organs. We canโ€™t feel them the same as our joints and muscles, but they also need loving care. Namaste.
