List of things that I feel when meditate
1. Calm 2. Stress free 3. Less nervous 4. Like 89000 pounds got lifted off my shoulders 5. Less sad 6. No more fear 7. Less tired 8. Less mad 9. At peace 10. More happier 11. Less aggravated I have noticed that when I meditate all the time and I feel like the negative things just zap right out of my mind and positive things come to my mind and I feel like the lord is with me
