Calling...
During times of overwhelm and uncertainty, it can be difficult to know what to do. Caught in overthinking and analyzing, we freeze in our tracks like deer in the middle of a road, memorized by headlights. Instead of seeking for answers outside ourself, which can further confuse us, we can rely on a gift we were all given at birth. Called an inner knowing, our intuition is our compass leading us to thrive in life. To listen to what our intuition has to say, we must get our surface thoughts under control. We do this by giving our mind something to focus on other than our thoughts. In this meditation, Jordana has us experience space between our thoughts by bringing awareness to our breath and heart. Listening, we receive wisdom and thus, the answers we seek. Bringing awareness to my breath, I felt my body relax. Bringing awareness to both my breath and heart, I noticed space between my thoughts begin to form where I was able to call my inner knowing. Listening to these words of wisdom, I started seeing the color pink while tasting and smelling sweetness. Very interesting! Without overthinking, I will trust what I have been given and go with the path of least resistance. Thank you, Jordana! I am grateful for learning this breath technique to call on my intuition!
