I’m letting go of what bothers me and meditating more
I’m learning to let go of what is bothering me and meditating more and I can always have time for meditation anytime I relax and be at peace with these people that are helping me relax and stay calm and just enjoy my day and I’m really needing to just meditate and just feel the need to breathe and relax everything and will disappear and all the negative will go away I just relax
