Gym and meditation
I went to the gym today after a weeklong break. I noticed how much tightness and tenseness there was in my body, especially my hips, pelvis, upper back and shoulders. After finishing my workout with yoga and foam rolling, I felt an immediate release and relaxation. Doing this meditation, I was able to notice the parts of my body that are still carrying anxiety and the parts that feel much more at ease.
I love this body scan meditation because it helps me focus and it keeps my mind from wondering away. After do this meditation, my body became more relieved and I didn’t have tension anymore.
