Having clear, strong, and loving boundaries with others in our lives is essential for not only having good relationships but for a balanced state of mind. The purpose of this breathwork session is to affirm strong and loving boundaries. We can use the breath to anchor in any intention. Continue breathing during the entire session even if you hear affirmations such as “it is safe to say no.”
