Great way to start the day, really made me let go of the thoughts and anxiety I have in the morning.
mornings should always be peaceful. I feel like itโ€™s always important to start your day with some deep breathes and always remember everythingโ€™s gonna be okay.

I find Jivaโ€™s voice soothing and comforting. During this meditation on the out breath you gently smile. I found myself after a couple of minutes during this practice smiling on the in breath as well. ๐Ÿ˜€

Itโ€™s a lovely concept. But for those whoโ€™s mind isnโ€™t quite ready to do the smiling thing, itโ€™s kind of difficult. Yes, it did calm and relax me, but as all meditations, i found that I had to think of things or instances that made me happy.

Power in smiling
Itโ€™s impossible to ALWAYS be happy or smiling, while facing our daily lives; every hardship, anxiety filled days, those days that we are unmotivated to get out of bed. Keeping a positive attitude will help with bettering the outcome of the day, pat yourself in the back or compliment yourself for the little or big efforts, because for you, it wasnโ€™t so little after all. Be kind to yourself and acknowledge that you have come this far and that is something to be proud of. Smile, because you are here. Smile, because you are strong. Smile, because you are you.
