If you are having trouble sleeping and finding peace, this breathing practice will help you find space to release. For this practice, it will be helpful to imagine a triangle. The first round will be the counting 4x2x4 and for the second part of the practice, the counting 8x4x8. Enjoy and let's practice.

Cleansing experience
I learned that my breathe can cleanse my body und my mind. I learned that when I controll my breathe just for a few minutes I can shit my mind and relax it. The same with my body. Thank you :)
