Short & Sweet guidance for deep breathing with progressive muscle relaxation to surrender the body and mind into a deep and peaceful sleep. To get optimum rest, it is beneficial to settle into sleep by consciously relaxing the muscles of the body. In doing so we give the body permission to be in a state of surrender, much like it will be in sleep, so it is able to begin its restorative process below the level of the surface muscles. Deep breathing before sleep is also fantastic at setting the nervous system into a rest-and-digest state, getting us ready to heal and reharmonize through the night. Have a beautiful sleep.

It made me sad that I was feeling so lonely and different but it made me calmer.
