Focused!
What a great meditation to find focus and really get in touch with what focus feels like. It’s funny how this morning, the second I started really trying to focus about midway through this meditation, my mind began to act up and become awake. It suddenly became much harder to just return to the breath, as I had thoughts and plans just continually running through my head at that point. That difficulty, though, means that every time I was successful, I was strengthening the focus!
