I accept myself, as I am, right now
Sometimes it's a difficult thing to say to myself. With this guided meditation and focusing on the cool air entering my nostrils, my breath easy, I felt a sense of compassion and love for myself. It was a great feeling. Thank you. โค๏ธ๐ŸŒท

Accepting yourself is hard. When i told myself that i accept me my heart felt like it was swelling. Self love is important. I loved how they incorporated that into this meditation.

Acceptance
As a teenager and young adult I had often wondered what does it mean to accept yourself. I, entitled to everything, thought of course I accept myself why wouldnโ€™t I? As an adult Iโ€™ve realized what it FEELS to accept myself and the world around me. For me acceptance began in the freedom and empowerment of forgiveness. Forgiveness has allowed inner peace, clarity, and opened the door for joy... I love life!
