Breathe & relax
In this exercise, we are told to breathe, hold that breath in for a while and then release. See how your worries start vanishing away! You become so focus in you, in your wellbeing, in your own life that you forget the worries for the past and even a future that hasnt gotten here yet. Learn to let go of all the ties you may have with anxiousness, because the past cant be changed and the future is not here yet. Just breathe & flow.
