....For a body scan right now lol. I'm not sure what's brought it on this morning but it's there. I think I've been lacking in my practice letting hurts of the past and concerns of the future are sneak in for whatever reason. It's weird because things are going really well lately.

The extension of the body is the world. And the organism that Is the world must feel as the blood coursing through your veins feels. The stream of emotional network than engulfs us.

I recently had surgery and as I completed this I could sense the areas that were damaged and felt the extra work my body was doing in those spots. Amazing to be able to connect with my physical and spiritual self that way.
