Body Scan
As someone who deals with ADHD, sometimes my mind wanders too much, but I feel like my body really appreciates these body scans. Itโ€™s like me taking a moment to say good day to myself. I need more meditation!
So Iโ€™m going back in! Iโ€™m going back in I didnโ€™t get enough meditation the meditation was great and I just showed my daughter how to meditate I didnโ€™t receive enough meditation so Iโ€™m going back in now
