This was a good lesson because it felt like your whole body was in a massage

Ok
I don't think I learned anything this time....that's ok. Not every time it a perfect meditation. But also this is the second time I have not done well with the body scan. I'm going to try again next time to see what I'm getting stuck on

Not so great
I learned that when the physical body is wracked with pain this was a horrid experience for me personally. Were I still in my 40s body scans would be wonderful, but not so good for those in head to toe pain.

Feeling sensations
Throughout the body scan meditation, I was really able to concentrate on every part of my body bit by bit. I noticed a lot of different sensations with each different body part, especially my lower back as I have been feeling a lot of stress lately. This great meditation experience has managed to relax me and helped me to let go of my tension.
