Body Breathing
There is something so soothing, so lulling, about allowing your body to feel each breath. I was a bit agitated and flustered as I came into this meditation, and by the end of it I felt so much calmer and in control of myself. It felt (and feels) quite lovely! Thank You!

this didn’t really help me learn anything, just repeated the same thing over and over, breathing was relaxing tho.

When I’m struggling to relax
I forget how good a few minutes of meditation is. I forget that in only 3 or 4 minutes I can feel better and change my whole way of feeling for the day, it’s simple really, I need to remember that ❤️
