Relaxing...
Dorthy does a nice job on this relaxing session. Her slow cadence gives me time to actually do & feel what she is suggesting. I could feel the tightness in my muscles loosen with each exhalation. Once I started to unwind I kept relaxing on each exhale and My body was soon melting onto/into my sheets... I am again one w/ the One...!! The ending piano playing alerted my body to pull itself together long enough to write this & now its time to relax for a few hours! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ€
