Binaural Patterns

Binaural beats have many quirks. One of which is below 3 Hz they appear to move around the inside of your head. Here we start at 3 Hz and go down to .44 Hz. There is a lot of mysticism surrounding binaural beats. They are spiritual as they only exist in YOUR mind. The effects are unique to the individual. Contrary to popular belief, binaural beats do not cause entrainment as the perceived beat is less than 3 db; somewhat short of a whisper. They are hypnotic to listen to and they require both brain hemispheres to work together promoting brain synchronization.
