This exercise was literally saying how I was feeling, the thoughts came to my mind as a distraction. I really liked this and appreciated how it made me feel once it was over: relaxed.

Belly breathing
This one pushed me out of my comfort zone because I feel like belly breathing isn't that easy for me. When I'm sitting upright my belly doesn't expand like a balloon. If I had been lying down it might have been different. Maybe I was overthinking it ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธI didn't much enjoy this one.

Breathing is essential, of course...but deep belly breathing is essential for deep relaxation. I have had a quite stressful morning & having tried about 4 relaxation techniques with Aura, this one finally helped. Yeah! I feel a bit better now :)

Shallow breathing to Deep breathing
I learned how shallow my breath is when anxiety starts to creep I'm but better yet this meditation has helped me learn to deepen my breathing and calm myself. I appreciate these breathing exercises when I can't quite pin point how it is I'm feeling, I know I can always go back to the basics of deep breathing.
