Mindfulness Teacher and Mentor
In this meditation, we focus our awareness on the movement of the belly/abdomen as we breathe in and out. As well as helping us to cultivate mindfulness, abdominal breathing stimulates the calming/soothing system in the body. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help to support you.

Breathing
Taking a minute to just focus is relax is positive. Don’t stress about things that are not important. Don’t focus on hypotheticals that are negative. Breath.

Breathing Technique
I found this method of breathing to be an effective way to center myself. Just a few minutes of this breathing made a difference. Focusing on the movement of my abdomen really helped to let my thoughts go and reduce tension in my body.

Belly Breathing
I noted that this technique wasn’t new for me as I have been practicing this kind of breathing after being a singer for many years and is my regular breathing technique to begin with. This meditation was a waste of time for me, and I feel no more relaxed after this session than normal.

Let go
I've learnt to let things go because nothing lasts forever and neither do people

Belly breathing
Something I have already been doing for a while now. It is a part of yoga and mindfulness exercises. Still nice though.

Note 1
Recognize the thought but detach from it The sky is always blue. The river needs to stay still, thoughts are like rain drop in the river it ripples. Need to sit by the road and not try to stop the thought or direct it

Belly Breathing
I had a lot going through my head at the start of this but having that extra part of my body to pay attention to really helped me focus.
