Breathing
We got used to breathing since we were born. Now it is so amazing to reconnect with something we wrongly take for granted.

Really helped you escape for a moment. It was very relaxing and felt as if your presence alone was enough. Would definitely recommend this meditation

Stress...out
I learned to take a second, do a quick brain dump, meditate for a couple of minutes, take some deep breaths, listen to relaxing music and relax. Know that I have control and that it'll be alright. Smile and keep going.

Breathe in, breathe out
When we are upset it's frequently our breathing that takes the brunt of it. Focusing on breath is very renewing and calming.

Day 4
Even though distractions are strong my mind and energy should be stronger! This world has to much turmoil to look for peace...find it in me!!

Soothing
The breath is more than an anchor, more than a simple act that keeps us alive. It soothes us, it rocks and caresses us, much like a protective caretaker. We should remember this in moments of anxiety. Comfort is never out of reach. We always have our own breath.

Being in tune
It was amazing realizing that I can be rocked with just my breath. With just being in tune with my core, my inner, relaxing. In thee moment. Very refreshing. First thing I did in thee morning. And throughout thee day I will definitely will be rocked by thee breath if stress knocks.

Go in peace and come back in one piece
With 4 kids under the age of 7 my days always start off like 100 yard sprint. I'm sure like most we have a lot of things on our mind. Some meaningless, some more important. I find there is nothing more important for me, than to make sure my mental well being comes first. I'm useless to everyone otherwise. 3 minutes of mindfulness is a great gift I give myself everyday. I'm never disappointed. I leave my house now completely relaxed and focused on taking the day as it comes. No predicting or worrying. If life takes a hard left, I'll find another 3 minutes and come back home to my crazy family in one piece!! Have a great day everyone!

Simply Breath
Returning to breath is fundamental but I always learn something new with these experiences.

Wayward Mind
Begin with 3 minutes. Learn patience and stillness. Rather than trying to prevent the mind from wandering, allow it to wander. It isn’t the wandering, it’s the anxiety about the wandering that is a problem. So, for now, allow the mind to go as it pleases, and learn not to judge it. Let the mind be.

Counseling
Today we had couples counseling. I hate to admit it but before that appointment I was mad at my wife for no good reason. I was just upset, internally, I don't know why. Listening to her just talk made me feel guilty for ever being upset today. And then just now relaxing into my breath I got my first chance to let go of all of that negativity I have been harboring to days and especially through today. I learned that meditation may help strengthen my relationship with my wife.

Rock me gently...
I don’t think I was actually rocking, but I felt the sensation through my body. It’s like a magical peacefulness that’s taken over. 🙏

Being rocked by the breath
I didn’t really get the feeling of being rocked, but I have been noticing lately how nice breathing is these days. Having asthma and COPD, breathing is often a struggle. I kind of think the meditation and focus on the breath has helped.

Carolyn
I have to learn to let my internal being take time to relax and enjoy the quiet time.
Learning to relax and listen will take time. I will try to stop and breathe deeply during the day.

Being Rocked by the Breath
Sometimes, there are things in life that cause us stress and anxiety, or other difficult emotions. However, if we just take a moment to focus on our breath, it helps us remember to calm down and focus. Picture it as if you are a baby being rocked in your mother’s arms, with your breath being your mother. It may sound silly, but it helps to calm your mind and focus your thinking. 😉♥️

Unfortunately I learned that sitting down to
meditate after or while being angry doesn’t work very well. I wish there wasn’t so many meditations so I Could better the good ones. This is a good one. Again I wish there was an actual slowing down of the meditation.

Gratitude
My body does everything in it’s power to care for me, why not help it by doing the same externally/physically and psychologically? Look after yourself, be grateful, life is a blessing.

A few days off...
So it turns out after not making the time to relieve all of my issues or even some of my stress and anxiety it takes a lot out of you. It really hit me hard today when I found the time to come back. It makes me realize how I am not okay with how I am when I don’t have a way to understand my feelings.

Drop in to your body
I really enjoyed the visualization of this phrase, it is a simple reminder that no matter where your head is, your body and your breath are always here for you. Regardless of where your mind might be chattering off too, if you need it your body and your breath will be here to support you and “rock you throughout the day”

You can always come back to the breath. Remember it’s a tool that’s always with you, even for only 3 minutes. Take small moments to reconnect with yourself.

Perfect for bedtime
I know sometimes guided breathing meditations can give you more energy and focus, but for me, just before bed, it's calming and helps me to stop worrying (more or less).

The Breath: The Body in its Most Natural Form
Whenever you may be feeling stressed, go back to the breath - it’s the body’s most natural state and it’s there to remind you that you are still here and you are still breathing. Your body will care for you when you cannot. ~ Namaste, - N 🧘🏽‍♀️

That is a profound metaphor
Being rocked like a baby by your breath, caressed by your breath. It's comforting to think of your own body comforting you, if only you'll notice it. Lovely.

This was my first mediation session and I am amazed of how fast I was able to bring the focus onto myself, and allow me to let go of the bothersome situation that’s been causing my stress. It was truly amazing.

Time

Caresses
I noticed that have always thought of my breath as a mandatory thing and that I could only use it to calm me. I realized that my breath can be a comforting thing that can not only calm me and be inside me but also imagining that it can caress me.

Respiración
El tener la posibilidad de apagar mi mente o más bien, determinar las sensaciones que en ella habitan y poder elegir entre ellas me reconforta. Tal vez no soluciona nada. Tal vez no me da la satisfacción que quisiera, sin embargo hay cosas que a través de esto me doy cuenta que no valen la pena porque no son ni de mi control ni merecedores de mi energía.

Calming but not altogether effective
It’s hard to define what makes one of these sessions effective and others don’t. It has everything that should make it work but it didn’t for me really and I got a little lost in it. Very soothing voice but I somehow couldn’t get into the feeling of being rocked by my breath. It’s a novel idea though and one that could be explored more.

Grateful Breathing
Being grateful to yourself is powerful. I am grateful for my breath. I can choose to be conscious of this and when I do it nourishes my body and my mind. Thank you for the reminder.
