Mindfulness Meditation Teacher & Healer
Taking time to pause each day, even perhaps several times a day is like taking a mini-vacation to come home to yourself. It breaks the cycle of stress and anxiety and resets our ease of being. Please note that this meditation contains longer pauses so is an advanced meditation.

Being present
I felt distracted and could not get into this meditation. Her voice reminded me of a teacher I had that was never happy. Better luck next time.

Pause
I thought it was decent. The only problem was the pauses were long, and at first I thought the app had froze!

Present
My mind wanders a lot! I have a very hard time staying focused. I find myself thinking about other things quite frequently throughout a good majority of the meditation. I don’t always recognize it right away. It happens at varying times throughout the entire meditation.

Focus!
I have trouble maintaining my focus for even three minutes! My mind keeps wandering to and fro like it’s looking for something to latch onto.

Mindfulness
I learned that mindfulness of the present moment isn’t just being aware of your location and what you’re currently doing, it’s also being aware of your thoughts and emotions that are passing through at the time.

I felt relaxed and focused.
I learned to focus on my breathing and being calm and present in the moment. It was soothing to be still and aware. A great sense of gentle well-being.

The coming and going of breath
We don’t own it, we just keep what we need and exhale the rest, over and over and over. Namaste

Coming Hone to Your Breath
Good thought. Breathing is home to your thoughts. As our minds wander, we know we can come back to the breath to get focused once more.

Pauses
Pauses were too long. Thought she had stopped and it was over. This one did nothing for me.

Relaxing!
I was gently breathing and focusing on my breath but sometimes my thoughts stopped me. Anyway breathing and focusing on the body sensations is a great way to stay in the present!

Breathing
I noticed that a few minutes of just being and breathing calmed what had, moments before, been a scattering chattering monkey brain. I wish I could remember to sit like this whenever I am anxious, stressed, fearful. Which is why this is a practice.
