Just Being
Another meditation sent to me just when I needed to hear it the most. I am going to “just be” several times a day. I found that there is an inordinate amount of peace in just being. I found myself in the forest leaning against my Giant Sequoia tree and all was still and peaceful. I am grateful for this meditation.
