Setting intentions
I learned from this meditation the importance of sending intelligence rather than striving for future goals or revolutions. The benefits of intentions they are not oriented around building or succeeding in the completion of a goal. Rather call Matt they can change depending on what the movement requires. Having this knowledge about the value overindulgence versus goals, I think will be very helpful to me. I am by nature it A very goal driven person. And I’ve been become self critical when I do not accomplish these concrete goals. By setting in intention to cultivate the qualities that will help me to accomplish the goals rather burn a rigid plan to achieve the goals them selves. I can make sure my heart and my values are  in line with things that I choose to do. It seems that intentions and the practice of selling them exist to harness the post is it the motions the drivers ride through then the negative practice going through a task to cross it off the list and say that we can’t lift it by connecting with the emotions of the drivers such a scam and love to focus what energy I will be less likely tipping myself up over the complex treatment of goals. Oh this stinks it I have three intentions for the year. The first is compassion for myself and others as I would like to embody an attitude of words criticism correct myself and other people.z I want to learn to except myself another’s more readily. I also would like to cultivate more focus so that I can be less distracted by unhelpful and negative thoughts that are not part of my true nature being focused on the present moment will help me hopefully to alleviate this tendency. Finally I would like to set an intention for more kindness and respect toward my body I do not always respect the limits oh my body I frequently become exhausted as a result and do not have the energy to exhibit creates such as kindness and compassion. Respecting my body will therefore help me in the other and that’s it My action stands are I will approach your reaction I think with compassion. I will come to every situation with a focus on the present moment. In every circumstance I will trade my body with respect and kindness. This meditation reminds me of the adage love what you do and you will never work a day in your life another words if you set the intention to do what you’d love when you work you will never feel any pressure of accomplishing goals associated with work so therefore intentions are important I am also reminded of the numerous meditations and life coaching sessions on this app which asked booster “what is your why“ and to find deeper meanings behind their actions. This is what the intentions are for . Find what internally drives me. I am grateful to those who work for this app for teaching me about the importance of intelligence the differenceTween intentions and goals, and how to set intentions I am hoping this practice will help me be more mindful in future.
