Bees Breath
Brahmari breathing, or bees breath is a wonderful breath technique to reset and calm our nervous system. As the nickname of this breath technique suggests, we utilize our exhale with a humming sound initiated by the muscles in the back our throat. While exhaling with the bees breath, we use our index fingers to plug our ear canals so we may immerse ourselves in the immense vibration this breath brings to our body. I love this breath technique!
