This was nice, I tweaked some settings last night when I couldnโ€™t ๐Ÿ˜ด. I put the sounds of the app on. Some nice rain and brainwaves and it played through this meditation ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ in the background. It was really relaxing. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š for helping to bring together these sessions for me to access through Aura. They have a positive effect on the start of my day.
