Balancing Act
I recognized the need to balance the care between others (family, friends, work, guests), and ME. I’m doing it again, running out of energy by the time it time to take care of myself. I commit to stepping back from others, limit how much energy I give those who ask, or need, thereby I will save myself from drowning.
Personal boundaries serve as protection and a healthy balance for what is mentally and physically allowable for one’s own progress.
