This was what I needed to hear in this moment
I learned that it’s ok to stop. I’m someone who is busy 24/7 & starting to hit a wall of exhaustion. It’s ok not to do all the things on the list. It’s ok to take time out for myself. Beautiful meditation and soothing voice! Thank you.

I love being reminded about self care
Thank you for the reminder. I have given myself permission to just be brain surgery forced it on me but I am recovering
