With this exercise I decided to engage in an activity while I was doing it. I'm doing this with about I'd say, 30 to 50% of my exercises. Why is that? Well, isn't that what we want out of all of this? To be at peace while we do things? The problem I've had before is that I feel peaceful by meditating, and sitting still,, and then as soon as I start doing something I get edgy or
stressed. So I'm starting to do some of these exercises while I'm doing another activity, but they don't always fit together so I have to adjust them on the fly sometimes.
