Often we get stuck in the "fix it" mentality. This guided meditation will allow you to see your problem and only focus on it for what it is seen as. Straying away from trying to physically fix it, or change the situation. We will simply breathe into awareness and loving-kindness for the body to calm stress and anxiety in regards to this particular problem.
