I learned that if I meditate long enough I will feel much better
I learned that if I meditate long enough I feel much better and not so tired and stressed out during the day I feel like I’m just tired people yelling at me all the time I am tired of people just coming in my room and blaming me for everything and I feel like I just feel like I’m tired of not being heard and people should just respect that I meditate that I don’t want that to effect me I want to feel nice and calm I relax and I just feel like I’m relaxed and I am at peace at the end of the day
