This meditation is about really listening to your body and the messages it has to share with you about what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Being able to tune in to these messages of our body helps us know what emotions we are experiencing and make choices that will truly satisfy us, rather than using food as our only coping choice.

What my body needs
I have a lot of body issues at the moment I do not feel at home in my body. I did not get any answers today but this is one I will come back to again.
