Unclear pronounciation sometimes
Lovely voice and the images but sometimes she accelerates the speed and some words are swallowed at the end mod a sentence. This makes for a less calming meditation.

Three steps when feeling the tension from an anger situation. Breath feeling your breath in and out, the rise and fall of you chest. Calm the tones of red being the most angry to yellow, turning down that heat. And when talking lowering that voice tone from a 10 being he loudest to no higher than a 5.

Love myself?
During the last hypnosis meditation the therapist said repeat after me, the last prompt was, โ€œI love myself.โ€ This made me unexpectedly emotional. Not a deep sadness but it touched a nerve. It made me question whether I truly do love myself.
