I just got done with the meditation and it was excellent
I am having a blast with these meditations because I’m not just getting to meditate I am getting to relax and just stay calm and quiet and god’s here with me and thankfully my lord is always helping me relax and stay calm and quiet and the color blue is helping me stay calm and quiet and the ocean sounds is what’s making me stay calm and quiet and I love that it feels peaceful and that is why I love the meditations the people are great

I’m seriously getting the hang of the meditations
I’m seriously getting the hang of the meditations and because of that every day I feel grateful for the good lord and I pray lord give me peace while I sleep and god’s here with me I say those words there is too much going on god’s always there with me and he comforts me and I love that the color blue is what relaxed me through out the night meditation is so good for stress and I have learned that meditation helps me relax and stay calm and quiet and I have noticed that stress and anxiety can lead to seizures and I’m trying to avoid that this is why I love meditations
