This exercise is very really relaxing and helps you focus on your breathing and the things that are important. For people with respiratory issues, like myself, it's not an efficient exercise, though, as I felt I was getting short on breath.๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Dont take air for granted. Your life depends on it.

Not my thing
I wasnโ€™t really keen on this exercise. I felt uncomfortable and it didnโ€™t really do much for me. I felt like I was applying too much pressure to my nose when switching my finger over on my nostrils. Hoping to do better in another breathing exercise.

Alternate nostril breathing helps me to feel grounded and eases my anxiety. I go to this exercise daily. Would love for it to be a bit longer.

this practice seemed really silly at first, and i was very focused on my right nostril that i was struggling to breathe out of haha. but just doing this meditation to calm the body and focus on deep breathing really helps!!
