Today’s practice will focus on aligning your purpose with your strength of will. This is where the magic occurs. Harnessed in the solar plexus, this power center is where we turn internal awareness into external action. We move beyond feeling and sensing the world around us and through us and into an active creator of the world. There’s an element of fire here, of not just desire, but the vitality and confidence to do something with the desire. This is a place of action. Of determination. Of leaning in with tremendous courage into our purpose. And something really powerful happens here. When our solar plexus power center is in alignment, there’s a beautiful dance that occurs between our internal intuition and external perception.
