We often get wrapped up in the idea of self-care being something we need to achieve, purchase or pursue. Fancy bubble baths and manicures come to mind, but not often do we have the time for that? Frequently, that kind of self-care doesn't bring the satisfaction we're seeking. Today I want to share a mindset shift that will help you afford self-care with ease on any day and feel good in your body and mind.
