Self trust
I started a new job a few months ago and I still struggle summer days trusting that I can do it. As I followed this meditation, my breath deepened and I felt more at peace
When I am anxious I pray or I ask Justin or Eric to pray with me or
I learned that if you pray enough every anxious feeling will go away god says be anxious for nothing I don’t worry about tomorrow or today or the next day I leave that up to the good lord I pray for love joy peace patience courage faith hope strength and keep on moving forward with my relationship with Jesus Christ I’ve noticed that if I am in a quieter place all my emotions will start to settle down and I can go to bed I thank god for my family my friends and the day and thank him for everything he had given me I have also noticed that if I had taken everything I know about negative and turned into positive things would be so great I also noticed that when I pray I thank god for our church family
Self trust
I feel comfortable letting others trust in me, but do I trust in myself? A good practice for the day to gain insight- when do I trust in myself and when is trust lacking? Namaste
